A professional introductory sheet that includes the project title, property address, owner or applicant details, city or county name, and key project data. It also features a vicinity map, a 3D exterior view of the proposed structure, a sheet index, and general notes.
General construction notes, material legends, and drawing keys.
Scaled plans showing layout, room labels, dimensions, doors/windows, and code compliant egress paths.
A top-down view of the entire roofing system that depicts the shape, slope direction, material specifications, layout of roof elements, ridges, valleys, drains, and other critical features.
Views of each side of the building showing exterior finishes, rooflines, heights, and window/door placements.
Cross-sectional views of the building illustrating ceiling heights, insulation layers, roof assemblies, and spatial relationships between floors.

You provide the essentials, a rough sketch whether available, your project goals, the property address, any zoning info, existing floor plans for remodels, and reference ideas that reflect your vision.
We schedule a call or email exchange to align your design goals with local code requirements, site constraints, and functionality. This stage ensures we build on solid, feasible foundations.
We develop initial floor plan options and key architectural concepts. These early drafts help visualize the layout, proportions, and how the space will work.
Using your feedback, we refine the drawings into a complete permit ready set. We adjust layout details, resolve any conflicts, and verify code alignment before finalizing.
You receive a complete PDF drawing set, optimized for submission to your city or county. CAD/Revit files can be provided for engineering coordination or contractor use.
